Text messaging
The terms of our loan-update text messaging program.
Effective August 23, 2026
Team Yumee, a team of licensed mortgage loan officers with CMG Home Loans (Branch NMLS# 2477056, Corporate NMLS# 1820), sends text messages about your mortgage loan. Messages include your application link, application status, requests for documents, and pre-approval updates. This is a transactional program about your own loan. It is not a marketing or promotional program.
You gave verbal consent to one of our loan officers, one to one, after asking us to send you a loan application link or to follow up with you. Before you agreed, your loan officer told you what messages you would receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and pointed you to these terms and our privacy policy at teamyumee.com/legal, then asked you to confirm that you agree to them.
We record that consent, including the date, the phone number, the person who obtained it, and confirmation that these documents were disclosed and accepted. We do not add numbers obtained from any other source.
Message frequency varies with the activity on your loan, and is typically one to ten messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. Opting out does not affect your loan application — we will reach you by phone or email instead. To rejoin, just ask any of us to text you again.
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at the numbers below. We answer our own phones.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our text messaging privacy policy for the full detail.
We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
